FEMALE- ADMIN & CUSTOMER RELATION –RECEPTION - EXECUTIVE

Candidate:-
Must have worked as Customer Care / Reception / Back office & Admin Executive for minimum of 2yrs in a Service & Sales – organisation.

Candidate with- Back office or Receptionist or Front Office or Guest Relations - domestic/international – voice process- will be given preference.

Candidates worked in – Hotel industry – reservations/reception or from any service industry are welcome to apply and to join immediately/ will be added advantage.

Must be an Graduate, Very strong in English Communication,

Languages – Hindi & English – multiple language will be an added advantage

Candidate -must be Fair Complexion ,Presentable & Proactive
Must be an - Graduate / UG / PG - preferred
Salary – Monthly Take Home – Rs.10000 /- to -Rs.20000/-
Office – Work Time – 9.30am to 6.30pm, Sunday Week off.

JOB Responsibilities :-
• Responsible for After Sales & Service – Complete MIS Report Generation on day-to-day basis and weekly basis without error. Excel- reports ( Formulas / Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot-table)
• Responsible for - Customer care and service , Followup , Reservations, Bookings, Complaints handling and resolving.
• Responsible for- Reservations , Inquiries . Handle – IN/OUT- bound – calls .
• Responsible for- Outlook- Emails – Reply , Drafting Letters & Correspondent.
• Responsible for – Petty Cash / General Officer admin/ Purchase/Courier / File maintenance / Telephone lines payment / Rental Payment etc.

Candidate worked independently with Base office - complete Administration & Customer Care are preferred - with hands on strong Experience.

Since to work in our Direct Office - We Provide -Appointment Order , Salary Credited in Bank Account.
