Job Description

Be accessible for escalation of all FM related issues
Establish and maintain appropriate customer services procedures and standards based on the agreement / SOW / SLA.
Evaluate support services, identifying needs, anticipating problems and developing corrective action plan
Planning, developing and coordinating a program of planned, preventive maintenance for plant workforce and office equipments
Oversee the Front office function. Ensure that visitors are promptly attended by Front office executives (FOE)
Oversee the Helpdesk work process. Providing management advice to Helpdesk operators (FOEs & FEs) for escalated issues
Oversee the Mail room operations and ensure that its being functioned as per the set SOP.
Oversee Cafeteria Services. Ensure highest standard of hygiene maintained by Caf vendor in the services area
Ensure that quality and quantity of food supplies are meeting the Client requirement
Oversee Transport management handle by FOE / FEs and assist them as and when required
Oversee the maintenance and control of facility management record
Oversee the office equipment inventory, rental repairs and maintenance
Coordinate with building management team for regular maintenance and repairs
Coordinate with various vendors for resolution of service issues
Ensure 100% statuary compliance at site as per Client requirement and local regulatory bodies
Lead the entire site team including Managers and Executives.
Counselling / grievance handing of the employees to maintain a healthy and harmonious work environment and keep the employee motivated.
Brief, guide and mentor the supervisory and managerial staff below as and when required
Conduct regular and periodic inspection of Facility, assesses problems and implement improvement in operations as applicable
Share the monthly / Quarterly reports with CSM as per define timeline
