n Handle Export sale and business Development of automobile parts.

n Assisting management with business strategy and go-to-market planning & execution PAN India & Global basis to capture market segments with increased capacity and wider product basket leveraging analytical acume

Future projections, competition analysis, and right product mix & share

n Developing market for company product

n Converting OEM level approvals into the actual business by capturing a share of the business of ancillaries

n Maintaining sales volume and profitability through optimized product mix and customer mix. pricing, negotiations & contract finalization, demand estimation, planning and inventory management

n Creating platforms where Toyota Group companies / Toyota Global customers can look for new business opportunity

n Engaging in new business / new product development to diversify and to maintain a competitive edge along with collection & debtor management

n Managing purchase & sales activity, and coordinating with supplier and customer for demand & supply

n Rendering services as a Learning Coach; mentoring & leading a team

n Parts costing and quotation preparation to customer or sourcing, SE, Genzu, Goushi stage.

n Part cost and price comparison for profitability analysis.

n Global parts sourcing with overseas affiliates.

n Negotiation with customer or part price, packing and tooling.

n Sales plan preparation and analysis for profitability study.

n Monthly sales forecast preparation for fund flow analysis and budgetary purpose.

n APR (annual price reduction) negotiations with customer and direct suppliers with merits.

n New project sourcing follow-up with customer for new business.
