Strategic Operations Delivery is a key element of Maven Infotech Pvt Ltd.

 

The System Administrator (SA) is responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation,

 

and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. This individual participates in

 

technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure. This individual

 

ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to

 

organizational values, enabling staff, volunteers, and Partners.

 

Job Description:

 

 Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server

 

resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying

 

completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.

 

 Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required.

 

Configure CPU, memory, and disk partitions as required.

 

 Maintain data center environmental and monitoring equipment.

 

 Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.

 

 Performs troubleshooting as required. As such, leads problem-solving efforts often involving outside

 

vendors and other support personnel and/or organizations.

 

 Develops tools, procedures, and training sessions for Operations, Client Support and Systems

 

Development staff to assist with work.

 

 Establishes, maintains and manages users Domain accounts. Installs, modifies and maintain

 Key skills include: Remote monitoring of servers , Security operations and network operations,

 

Server Systems Management, IT Security Services, IT Service Desk, Service Management & Project

 

Management/ Transition Services Role of the System Administrator is to perform both technical and

 

a coordination role in the solution construct, trouble shooting, planning, implementation and

 

managing complex Unix and Windows environment

 

 Troubleshooting of OS Windows 7

 

 Troubleshooting of Desktops, Laptops and printers

 

 Managing permissions & rights to users

 

 Configuration of business application software like, MS Office, IE, Antivirus

 

 Timely call resolution

 

 Dialer Maintenance

 

 Active Directory Maintenance and User management

 

 Reports on VOIP

 

 Cleaning and Voice recording backup from all Dialer

 

 CISCO Switch configure and management

Our Consultancy charges are redeemed from candidates, their one month salary (CTC) in Two Equal monthly installments, the first installment after receiving the Job Offer/Appointment Letter from the Company and the second one after getting the first month’s salary from the Company.


Procedure of interview – There will be two rounds of interview:
• 1st round will consist of Mock Interview Session with grooming at Spearhead Office to prepare the candidates for the interview. We also arrange for Spoken English & Basic Computer Training Programmes by experienced professionals from the Industry wherever required.
• 2nd round will be at the client’s place whereby the final selection would be done.
