Maintaining attendance system & leave records and Vendor Management,
Knowledge on Statutory deductions - ESI, PF and Prof. Tax etc
Preparation of various HR Reports, Database management
Recruitment - Pre and Post Recruitment Activities
HR Policies, Processes and intervention
Organising of get-togethers, Cultural Events , picnics, parties & open houses.
Handling various personnel and welfare issues pertaining to employees.
Maintaining Stationary Stocks, Housekeeping and monitoring material consumption.
Coordination with Food Committee to check the quality of food in cafeteria etc.
Monitoring the Daily Cabs and Security arrangements.
Arrangement of tours & Travels, Hotel accommodation bookings etc.
Graduate with PG Diploma in Human Resources Management / MBA in HR with 3 - 5 years experience.
The Candidate should possess good interpersonal relationship skills.
Exposure to Back Office shift working/ BPO environment shall have added advantage.
Willingness to work in the Night shifts is Must.
