Executive has the overall responsibility of Hardware and Software support, Server/Desktop OS Support, Application Support, Network and Database support
Roles and Responsibilities:
Windows Win2k12 OS installation and troubleshooting
Remote network monitoring & troubleshooting
Providing Solution to the Restaurant along with the Support Partner to the internal customers.
Interact with internal customers on all Levels to help and resolve escalated IT issues & provide solutions in a timely manner
Implementation of the project, process flow & SOPs
Plan for maintenance related downtime, database optimization activities.Re-indexing,Resizing & synchronizing as per the schedule
Train IT Personnel (New/Existing) on IT Infrastructure (Functional/Technical) aspects.
Knowledge of SQL server/Query Language
POS and supporting application management
Second level diagnosis and resolution of network related issues
Installation and updating of antivirus, Kaseya, Websense etc.
Call management & helpdesk management
Knowledge & Skills (Preferable)
Excellent communication skills
Should be will to travel; need to visit all allocated restaurants every 3 months.
Drive to learn effectively with all team members, project teams, employees, vendors and clients.
Should be flexible to work in rotational shifts
Education Qualification : Any GNIIT / B.E
