Responsibilities & Accountabilities :
Assist HR Team in day to day activities.
Help in recruitment & Selection process.
Help in Leave and attendance management
Help in implementing of Reward & Recognition schemes and employee engagement activities
Assisting in Stewardship projects and activities
Help in Co-ordinating performance appraisal process.
Co-ordination and Execution/implementation of Training programmes as per the decided training calendar.
Maintaining and updating training records.
Responsible for updating Master Headcount, employee filing.
Qualification & Knowledge:
Qualification : MBA/ PGDBM in HR
Experience : 1-5 years of Experience
