Job Description -:
- Handled all international & local travel arrangements, viz flight bookings, visas, car bookings, etc Updating business contacts and visiting card in record and updating the same in system, Drafting and responding general emails.
- Maintained records of all the travels and relevant expenses.
- Fix meetings with our international clients & remind the CEO about scheduled meetings
- Check emails on regular basis & keep records of all emails, files, folders & documents in the respective archive.
- Efficient in Calendar Management by updating important dates / deadlines.
- Need to assist in preparation of presentations and other required reports
- Need to prepare Scope of Work, Invoices and manage general administration work.
- Have to manage calendar for Senior management & Leave planner HR.
- Schedule management in Microsoft outlook for the Executive Director and CFO
- Coordinate travel arrangements (Visas, Tickets, car hire) and hotel booking for the Directors, Employees.
- Need to manage an accurate and confidential filing system for all official & personal documents for Managing Director.
- Prepare expense statements, claims.
- Need to coordinate with all departments as per requirement for necessary follow-up and responding to the queries.
- Assist in preparing correspondence reports and notice replies
