Job Description

Executive Support and Manage day-to-day administrative support to the director as per required.
Maintain appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel- domestic / International, Hotel stay arrangements along with pickup and drop.
Coordination with staff members and manage internal communications as and when needed.
Working as interface with various externally and internally for managing documents and providing necessary support wherever/ whenever needed.
Organize meetings and provide support to other staff, if required.
Support to prepare ppt. for meetings, taking care of all meeting material, prepare letters, forms, Sent Meeting Invitations and memorandums from rough draft to final form by collecting and analyzing information.
Welcome guests and clients by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Maintain client confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
To Follow up & coordination with the vendors for payment and smooth functioning.
Follow up & coordination within the organization and externally for fixing meeting and other activities.
Arrangement for travel- Domestic/ International and currency exchange, passport, visa processing etc., thru vendors.
Provide assistance to the marketing team for events as per event process.
Good in communication & problem-solving skills.
