Job Description

Administrative assistance to GMs office
o Calendar management , MOM , MIS, Excel.
o Managing GM Office
o Responsible for scheduling the management meetings and the offsite, meeting with India Leadership team.
o Domestic & International Travel Plan & Stay arrangements
o Co-ordinate with business area office management team requirement, meetings and approvals eg: visa, stay
o Follow-up on trackers, reports, handling office activities in GMs office
o Verifying the direct reportees expenses and claims
o Handling client/customer visits
o Coordinating with team members for the meetings and plan travel accordingly
o Update and Collate data for GM presentation/meetings
o Manage all external & internal communications and interactions from GMs office and document accordingly
o Co-ordinate and schedule for Monthly Management Meeting
o Follow-up and closure on Monthly Management Review meeting/KPIs
o Co-ordinate for completion of MBOs/APP for management team members
o Maintain confidentiality of the information
o Liaison with all other functions in day to day activities

Business Support

End to End coordination and execution of conferences, events and activities.
Responsible to support, co-ordinate and maintenance of IT related equipments (e.g. printers, photocopier, laptops etc) and mobile phones.
Responsible for Gurgaon office premises ensuring all facilities are well managed.
Responsible for procurement of new sim cards, activation and de-activation of sim cards and co-coordinating for making of business cards for employees.
Responsible for scrutinizing all payment related to travel & communication (Phone bills, lease line bills etc)
Conduct all business activities according to applicable State laws, rules and regulations and observe all company policy and procedures to ensure meeting ethical standards and compliance obligations, company procedures and shared values.


Position Qualification & Experience
Graduate
Over 5-8 years of experience, of which at least 2- 3 years supporting senior leadership role.
Skills & Competencies
Demonstrates High level of proficiency in English language skills
Must be multi-lingual (high proficiency in regional language)
Team player and Collaborative with excellent interpersonal skills
Building cohesive relationship with internal & external stakeholders

Job Purpose:

Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned/existing market.

Functional Responsibilities:

Overseeing the direct sales & marketing operations of the existing portfolio.

Developing relationship with key decision-makers in client organization for existing business.

Develop an on-going strategy to enable the delivery of profitable sales growth from the existing customer base as well as adding new
business.

Extending timely response to customer complaints.

Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding sales performance.

Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans.

Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports.
Coordination with production & EXIM department for timely execution of orders.

Supervising customer support executives for preparing Proforma invoice, production orders.

Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends & achieving market share metrics.

Should be handled independently export functions at managerial level.
