As a direct report to the director, you shall be required to support day to day functioning of the Director’s office. Firm providing multi-faceted realty service solutions, and therefore the ability to organize and prioritize tasks is a key requirement. You will have demonstrable experience of working at a similar level and proven administrative, secretarial and office skills. You will need to be able to plan, organize anticipate requirements well in advance to support the smooth running of the business.
You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be prior experience at dealing with a range of external stakeholders shall be a bonus. You will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the Managing Director’s work including appointments and the diary, travel, and accommodation as required in addition to managing dates, producing agendas, minutes and all key paperwork for meetings. This role works across the organization to ensure that Director Office directors and strategies are implemented across the organization.
You will have excellent interpersonal skills, as this role works across the organization and other stakeholders to ensure the right and effective implementation organization strategy and philosophy
Day to Day working shall involve,
1) Work as the front face for the senior management internally and externally and draft and send all form of communication from the Director’s desk
2) Contribute towards day to day management of the Director agenda
3) Maintain and develop systems, procedures, and records in line with the organization policy
4) Collate and Prepare operational reports for review of the Director
5) Support the Director in the preparation and presentation of reports, proposals, budgets and related activities for internal and external communication and pitch presentation
6) Document and circulate minutes of the meeting.
7) Prepare company pitch documents
