Job Description:
Responsibilities may include meeting arrangements, preparing reports, expenses and financial data, budget tracking and recording, etc.
Provide administrative and secretarial support to our MD
Prepare confidential reports and analysis and present the results.
Organize meetings which may involve liaising with Facilities to book venue, catering, book conference rooms, etc.
Manage calendar coordination for appropriate management/teams.
Manage a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Director which includes composing and sending out confidential correspondence.
Arranging detailed travel plans, itineraries, compiling travel related documents.
Communicate on behalf of Director with Business Heads and stakeholders as & when required
Arranging meetings, updating and managing calendar for Director.
Work closely and effectively to keep the Director well informed of upcoming commitments /responsibilities / events / meetings.
Maintain and develop systems, procedures and records in line with the organizations policies and objectives
Ensure necessary records are maintained that can readily provide current, accurate and accessible information
Worked on preparation of business plans, project reports, feasibility studies, and other financial aspects.
Work on diverse finance & coordination functions and assisting the MD in Financial Planning & Analysis and Reporting
Assisting the MD in tracking the key business parameters of the business.
Assist the MD in generating and analyzing Business MIS & Financial MIS, Co-coordinating with various departments.
Manage and ensure execution of specific assignments / projects initiated by the MD.
Ensuring that strategic initiatives are driven across the organization and key projects are tracked and monitored.
Preparation & analytical study of various financial reports viz. projected profitability statement, periodic financial report.
Developing project deliverables (presentations, status updates) in developing the firms strategy by performing analysis to deliver relevant and insightful management information, together with assisting in business planning and development.
Coordination of Finance meetings for Strategic issues & follow-up on the decided actions.
Preparation of presentations & reports for the MD for his presentations to investors.
Interactions with external agencies, consultants on behalf of the MD.

Requirements

Candidate should be well groomed.
Candidate should have good communication skills.
Should be computer literate.
Should be willing to travel with the MD as and when required.
