Correspondence / Letter Drafting
Set up & coordinate meetings and conferences
Can provide personal administrative support to the Director and CEO
Sending and receiving mails on behalf of the Director
Attending and reverting on calls on his behalf
Pass the staff mobile bills, Travelling Expenses & other bills
Excellent Communication/ interpersonal Skills required
