Job Description

Job Role and Responsibilities:
Assisting in effective communication and coordination on behalf of the Director.
Maintain appropriate follow-up systems to warrant timely completion of tasks and assignments
Ability to efficiently communicate with local and international clients
Keep the Director up-to-date on new developments with regards to various ongoing projects
Preparing report of days activity
Documenting the invoices and agreements/MOUs
Involves answering telephone calls
scheduling appointment / visitors / meetings

Requirements

Skills required:
MBA with Minimum experience of 3 years with a senior executive
Soft spoken, polite and mature,
Exceptional command on verbal and written communication
Immaculate grooming, manners and etiquette.
Adaptable to dynamic working environment
Quick to respond and on your foot approach
Well-organised, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
should be very good in EXCEL
Knowledge in Mac OS is preferred
