The key Accountabilities are, but not limited to:
Drafting, vetting and redlining of legal documents including Media Services Agreement, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Leave and Licence Agreement, Inter Company Agreements etc.
Assisting in Litigation matters & preparing Litigation reports.
Liasoning with external lawyers and updating the Agencies time to time.
Routine day to day works relating to Legal notices/ replies sending etc.
Maintaining and updating Legal files & MIS pertaining to Litigation
Responsible for proper execution of contracts and managing a database of executed contracts.
Conducting and undertaking due diligence activities pertaining to contracts.
Coordinating with various departments/business divisions/counsels for facts gathering in litigations matters, drafting replies, providing guidance for handling compliance issues arising out of contracts.
Assistance in matters pertaining to Companies Act 2013 such as:
1. Drafting of Minutes, Board Resolutions & Letters
2. Filing of e-forms with Registrar of Companies
3. MIS related work pertaining to Companies Act compliance
Lawyer from reputed Law school with 1 2 years of experience
Preferably from a reputed Law Firm/Media Industry/Advertising Industry
Graduation from Govt Law College would be an added advantage
Appeared ICSI Professional or Executive Exams (preferable if completed Internship with the Company)
Skills (including technology)
Proficiency in English language
Good exposure / working knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially Word
Strong verbal and written communication skills and in particular an ability to comprehend complex Commercial Contract related queries and review the same.
Strong analytical and logical reasoning while reviewing legal contracts.
