Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Training and Coaching Managers, Supervisors and Operators on Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
Initiate Idea generation, selection & shortlisting of core Projects (yearly activity)
Support the selection of green / yellow belts & cross-functional teams in consultation with the Champions.
Support the Continuous Improvement activities across different functions in the organization.
Leading, Managing, Motivating and Facilitating core Project teams on Lean Six Sigma tools and Handholding them for deployment of these tools during the Projects.
Performing core Methodology steps like Project Charter creation, Business Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis, Future State process design, Plant/Layout design, Solution Implementation or Pilot Solutions runs and Sustenance plan, along with project execution team.
Monitoring the overall projects to achieve desired results for Process Improvement / KPI improvement / Profitability improvement.
Evaluate financial benefits with the Teams for soft & hard benefits & discuss with Finance Dept.
Ensure use of Company Excellence methodologies (post joining) in the projects.
Prepare maturity analysis yearly, define actions arising from the same & implement the identified actions.
Present summary of results of past projects & conduct the Local Steering Committee, which consists of Senior Management.
B) Process Engineering
Support to Companys sites for all process-engineering activities.
Broadly, profile will be conceptualization, basic design & basic engineering including mass & heat balances.
Support execution & commissioning activities until handover.
Support all new proposed activities at any site.

Overall Responsible to drive Lean Six Sigma initiative at Organisation.
Co-ordinate with the chosen Master Black Belt (global head)
Sharing with Global teams on the Site progress and teams involvement.
Ensuring desired outcomes of process engineering activities.
