Drive and oversee employee relations initiatives within the organization.
Lead on the employee relations aspects of proposed changes to the business structure.
Contribute to the development of the Human Resource function by developing an ER strategy that is aligned with business needs.
Advice and support all parts of the business on employee relations matters to ensure their effective management. Issues include: disciplinary, grievances and performance issues.
Keep up to date with current ER legislation and ensure this is updated in the company's Human Resource policies.
Manage the employee relations team effectively to ensure objectives are met.
Manage Inductions & joining formalities for all new joiners.
Maintains detailed reports such as - Exit reports, Audit Reports, & Misc Reports.
Coordinating with Finance team for statutory compliances.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience of planning and delivering employee relations initiatives.
Ability to work at both a strategic and operational level.
Ability to assess potential problems and make sound judgments around issues that may have an adverse effect on the business from an ER perspective.
Strong people management skills, gained through managing and developing teams.
Sensitive people skills: a high level of emotional intelligence; excellent interpersonal skills; a wide understanding of people issues
Competent computer skills.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Ability to demonstrate presence and credibility within the organization.
Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
