Job Description

Provide support for user incident and owns the incident
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Design and perform analysis on moderately complex programs and systems
Monitoring set of Web Application for raising proactive tickets for maintenance
Ability to do preliminary troubleshooting to diagnose the root cause of incident
Knowledge of web technologies and cloud hosting would be preferred
Knowledge of shell scripting and python would be preferred
Assist in the development of assignments and schedules
Escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders for incident management
Generate shift handover report and Sunrise reports
Coordinate with various 3rd parties for issue resolution
Around 0-2 years experience

Degree : BE - Bachelor of Engineering
Specilization : Computer Engineering
