Generating Attrition Report
Generating Letters (Appointment Letters, Confirmation, Relieving, PIP, Warning Letters, etc.).
Plan and Execute Induction Program.
Conducting Employee Connect meetings with the employees on regular basis and responsible for the timely closure of all the issues/grievances.
Planning & Organizing the Awards & Recognition Program.
Managing Employee Relations through continuous interaction with employees
Tracking of new hire background verification reports
Helpline managers on all aspects of performance improvement including Performance Improvement Plan, Verbal Counseling & Warnings in case the performance of an employee is not as per the standard of business.
Planning of Monthly Engagement activities
Responsible for Performance management and Appraisals.
Responsible for Exit Management.
Act as a business partner and provide dashboards/analytics to business heads/department heads to help them have a pulse of their team.
Take adequate measures to retain good employees, ring-fence high potential employees.
Ensure Statutory Compliance status at all times.
Drive an effective Learning and Development agenda that impacts the employees and the businesses.
Evaluate and improvise the current HR Practices to keep with time and external benchmarks.
Design, update and share HR policies & processes.
Be astute to handle dynamics in the workplace and help employees to overcome crisis situation.
Plan and implement an effective HR Plan that is aligned to Business Plan and overall organization people agenda.
Knowledge/Qualifications/ Competency / Target Companies: (Mention if any specific skill-set required)
Graduate with minimum 3 years of experience in Employee Relations role.
Excellent communication skills
Excellent MS Office skills: MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
Good multitasking skills, accuracy, and attention to details
Open to learning with a positive attitude and work in a team environment
