Manage Software Solution, Customer & Project support pertaining to C4ISR for Defence customer accounts.
Prepare and manage Presentations & Demos to prospective customers
Preparing the technical part of responses to EOIs/RFIs, RFPs & Tenders and building response documents
Undertake Technical Analysis, manage proof of concepts and Execution of Projects
Assist customers in geospatial data creation of respective areas of responsibility
Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues with development teams
Visit customer sites at various locations across North region for trouble shooting/ customer training/ installation of application, updates, upgrades etc.
Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues
Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base and tech notes
Qualification: B Tech/M Tech
