Job Description

Design, Implement, and facilitate annual marketing plan to achieve the sales,
receivables, gross margin targets and gaining market share in Marketing - Power
business and through developing new businesses/customers
• To identify and screen opportunities, define the opportunity, propose and agree on
partnerships, plan the project, implement and track the project, demonstrate value
addition and close the project, resolve customer complaints
• To maintain customer relationship by developing rapport at various levels at the
customer’s end
• To monitor competitors activities and develop a suitable competitive strategy
• Regular interaction with various functions to ensure effective cross functional coordination
to support achievement of company’s target
• Monitor competitors activities and develop a suitable competitive strategy to gain market
• Responsible for B to B account management of customer portfolio for Power segment
divided based on geography
• Responsible to achieve sales numbers, sales forecasting, dispatch scheduling (with plant
interface) & receivables management (payment and necessary forms) with respect to
Power industry.
• Development & implementation of Marketing Strategy for Power business e.g. technical
presentations, new product segment introduction, new product/ concept introductions/
seminars etc.
• Review installation deliverables & improvement actions as & when necessary.
• Assessing the adequacy/consistency of the existing product range and marketing mix
within the product portfolio, propose improvements and manage the improvement
• Working in close cooperation with new product development team
Monitoring the profitability of all products & services across the customer portfolio given
