Ability to provide deep insights on aspects of M&A transaction that are relevant and valued by clients and readers of the Due Diligence reports
Business development skills with demonstrable sales track record
Programme management experience and track record of successful delivery of large, complex change programmes
Exposure to the Technology, Media, Telecom sector is preferred, not mandatory
