Job Description

A dynamic leader with a common sense approach to successfully lead and motivate a large, diverse team with 15+ years of IT experience
Able to understand the technology and software architecture of the application
Good understanding of Wealth Management business domain
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with business and technical team members across the organization
Proven track record of effectively managing Delivery Teams with successful, quality deliverables
Proven ability to influence team members, peers and senior management
Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong judgment and analytical skills, and understanding of complex internal and cross-organization issues
Ability to work effectively within business units and across the firm
Continuous out-of-the-box assessment of status-quo and opportunities for improvement
Strong track record of project and people management with complex deliverables
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with all levels of staff , management and other internal business partners
Self-motivated with proven ability to effectively work with diverse personalities in a dynamic and demanding environment
5+ years experience of managing large delivery project
