Job Description

To guide and manage a team

-To ensure timely delivery of client projects

- To ensure quality of delivery

- Trouble shooting, guiding and motivating the team

- Experience at a managerial level in the role of client servicing at a well-known advertising / communication agency.

- Knowledge / experience of digital an added advantage.

Skills and work experience requirements

-Should have account management or communications background.

-10 years experience of which at least 5 years should be Manager level and above

-Should have managed large teams and large client base

- Should be able to understand marketing / advertising communication

- Person with agency background, media background or brand management background an added advantage

- Systems oriented person with strong communications background
