Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced sales professional from recruitment and staffing industry catering to IT client base. You need to be someone passionate about winning new clients and account management.
This is a senior level position in the company and will be the key to the success of the business.

1. To acquire new corporate clients in the specified region and Interact with departmental heads for business and operations CEO/Head HR/ Vendor Procurement managers.
2. To achieve the sales / revenue target from new and existing clients.
3. To create / maintain excellent relationships with clients and with the specified persons and be able to tailor pitch the service according to their specifications.
4. Ensure timely collection of all revenue from clients.
5. Coordination with Fulfillment team, which includes allocating and tracking demands and driving teams for closures through Account Managers and Delivery Team.
Qualification & Competencies:
1. Demonstrated sales experience in recruitment and contract staffing of IT Skills.
2. IT Contract staffing experience is a must.
3. Expected experience of 8-17 Years.
4. Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
5. Strong people skills, assertive and ability to lead a team of internal and external stakeholders
