We have an immediate openings for General Ledger -Accounting process. Please find below are the details.

Job Description


Provide our US clients and staff with timely and accurate accounting work prepared in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and company standards. Reporting Relationship Reports to Assistant Accounting Manager or Accounting Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

Complete period end close process for multiple clients
Maintain client work papers (JE workings) in accordance with company standards
Reconcile balance sheet accounts
Reconcile bank accounts
Expense analysis
Create and post period end journal entries
Prepare financial statements
Communicate with US staff
Maintain and document client specific notes
Data Entry
Other duties as assigned

Skill Requirements

Strong accounting skills and understanding of the accounting process
Ability to work in a multi-client environment
Microsoft office skills
Strong English both verbal and written
Time management
Effective use of technology
