Candidates preferred with prior work experience in Sales:
Fresher with good communication
Experience in Direct Sales / Door to Door Sales in sectors like Pharma / Banking.
Experience in Insurance sales (Health or Life or General Insurance) will be given weightage
Minimum Qualification: Graduate (candidates in 3rd year can be considered)
The candidates should have shown good performance trends, in form of incentives earned (frequency)
Age should be less than 35 Years (deviation possible in case of exceptional profile)
Meet prospects to build awareness of Health Insurance, products of Company
Build a funnel of leads to sell Health Insurance policies through activities and references
Ensure Sales of Health Insurance Policies through leads received and through self-sourced leads;
Updating customer details in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Continuous follow-up with prospects to ensure sales closure
