Job Description :
The person would be responsible for selling digital solutions to existing BAAS clients, New-to-BAAS clients and New-to-Bank clients. Person shall undertake responsibility of client acquisition & on boarding, deepening digital penetration and relationship management. Person shall work closely with stakeholders such as BAAS Product Team, Transaction Banking Team and respective customer groups for growth strategy and achievement of assigned targets.
Identify and create pipeline for digital solution sales.
Regularly meet existing & prospective clients and pitch for digital business. Defending existing business by up selling new digital solutions as & when introduced by the bank and cross selling to ensure stickiness.
Drive Digital Evangelization by propagating digital propositions with the relevant customer group. Provide support for digital banking products and drive training & communication for relevant stakeholders.
Closing legal contracts, owning the P&L and driving deal execution.
Support Business Development strategy by providing industry specific digital solution inputs. Align BaaS Digital road-map with customer group's strategic priorities.
To monitor and identify deal life cycle and profitability. Provide inputs to BaaS management to enhance efficiencies by identifying trends.
To liaison with operations and technology teams for pre-sales and post-sales activities. To engage BaaS Product to enhance Digital Product suite.
