We are looking for a talented and competitive Digital Marketing executive that thrives in a start-up environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be conversant with contemporary as well as conventional ways to reach out to customers through various channels, generate interest, qualify prospects and assist company Directors in closing sales.
You will also take a lead in generating Sales collaterals and the content for Website & other social channels. You will understand overall positioning of the company, its core strengths, solutions, partnerships and services and articulate them in a market friendly manner so as to create a positive image of the company
1. Articulate company positioning, services and value proposition and publish them through various digital channels
2. Generate Leads database using relevant sources like forums and Industry bodies and personal network. Should be able to constantly maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
3. Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails, social media and other channels.
4. Should be extremely active and well connected in social media and should be able to leverage those channels to create and nurture new business opportunities
5. Work collaboratively with appropriate sales executives for further development and conversion
6. Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest by proposing offering that suits their pain points.
7. Should be a good listener and be able to Understand customer needs and requirements and communicate them effectively to the sales and solutioning team
8. Meet aggressive lead generation targets
9. Learn about new offerings in software services in Fintech and other relevant industries the company is focused on.
1. Proven inside sales experience (Minimum 3 years in Domestic or International Market) in Software services space.
2. Track record of over-achieving quota
3. Strong phone presence and experience dialling 10 to 15 calls per day.
4. Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
5. Excellent verbal and written communications skills
6. Strong listening and presentation skills
7. Demonstrated knowledge of social media storytelling and growth hacking techniques
8. Experience managing online LinkedIn and similar campaigns on social media
9. Considerable knowledge of analytics tracking tools including Google Analytics
10. The ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and to handle uncertainty, ambiguity and the challenge of quickly evolving goals
