Job description: Content & Digital Marketing Specialist
In this role, He / She should preform Copy writing, Product Acceptance Testing & Digital Marketing role.
Perform copywriting & proof reading & ensuring high system adaptability
Ability to develop high quality Copy for the Product (Mobile and Website) and Marketing Collaterals.
Create visually engaging PowerPoint Presentations
Excellent presentation skills
Product Acceptance Testing :
Testing & Suggestions from the end-user perspective of the product.
Provide expertise to support our growing user base.
Engage with product development team to provide appropriate feedback on usability gaps from an end-user perspective.
Test and deliver product demonstrations and presentations on products and the value proposition based on customer needs.
Provide results and analysis of information to assist in formal value proposition development.
Troubleshoot end-user problems and determine root cause and ideal solutions.
Participate in testing web and mobile applications on existing on various operating systems, browsers and devices.
Digital Marketing :
Expertise in the use of Social Media to build brand reach in order to raise awareness of emerging digital marketing offerings
Working with different teams to coordinate our Marketing, Sales, Advertising and Promotional activities.
Maintain a strong online company voice through social media
Liaise with Marketing, Sales and Product development teams to ensure brand consistency
Support sales team with the development of digital assets
Promote and maintain brand standards across digital platforms.
Understanding of B2C, B2B marketing and lead generation strategy and tactics (SEO, PPC and social media marketing)
Ability to convert prospects and close deals
Experience in lead generation, opportunity qualification, pre-call preparation, relationship development, and time management preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Able to manage multiple accounts and handle high-touch prospects
Must have the ability to multi-task and work within deadlines
Occasional travel may be required
• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Marketing or Digital Media or Visual Communication or relevant discipline
• 1-3 years of experience in a related field
• Very Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with web design and content management systems
