Use Exact Target to run the campaign.
Identify and capitalize on campaign opportunities for the client.
Collaborate, lead and guide the creative and technical team to create digital images that enhance consumer loyalty for the client brand throughout the campaign.
Design the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) of the campaign.
Deliver exceptional campaign quality and accuracy by constant monitoring of KPIs and appropriate campaign modulation.
Delight the Customer by constantly enhancing the Campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with team to build, track and deploy cross-channel campaigns.
Providing expert inputs and guidance to the Data Technologist and Analyst.
Effectively manage the campaign calendar.
Excellent Contingency planning to refine the mode of campaign.

1. Email Marketing:
Define and execute acquisition and nurture campaigns Create an email
content roadmap, and write compelling copy for all new emails Review,
edit and optimize existing email campaign copy, audience segments and
logic Drive consistency, accuracy and stellar user experience across
all email campaigns Develop and optimize content, email templates and
land experiences to drive best in class KPIs and user experience
Create and execute against an A/B testing roadmap to drive email
improvements Work with our CRM to pull and develop audience segments
based on email Coordinate and represent email performance within the
Marketing team Work closely with marketing, legal and compliance to
align email approach and to ensure compliance of emails Experience
with ExactTarget, Unica and NetCore is a plus
2. Engagement Marketing:
Define and execute acquisition and nurture campaigns Be an expert on
the entire customer digital journey through email, web, digital ads
and social Design and manage lifecycle campaigns through the entire
journey to move clients from one stage of their journey to the next
Manage content and cadence of interactions through various channels
Develop, test and maintain the if/then rules that cater to the user's
behaviors Create an engagement content roadmap, and write compelling
copy for all channels Create and execute against an A/B testing
roadmap to drive improvements Work closely with marketing, legal and
compliance to align email approach and to ensure compliance Experience
with Marketo is a plus
3. Web content publishing:
Applies web content publishing experience, organization and time-management skills, and existing systems and processes to deliver the highest quality online content projects on behalf of our business partners, ensuring that these projects are in line with corporate and business strategies and standards and meet the needs of our website users.
Responsible for understanding and executing defined business objectives and requirements, using organization skills, systems and defined processes to post content to the web and identify potential business or technology issues with requests.
Working with Business Analysts/Production Analysts and Web Content Producers on more complex projects.
Responsible for basic understanding and application of the following to projects: content management and publishing processes, Internet technologies, usability, accessibility, information architecture, web design and development, web metrics reporting tools, and search engines.
Responsible for understanding content management, and technology strategies.
Generally works under the guidance of a Supervisor, and in some cases a Business Analyst/Production Analyst or Web Content Producer.
Critical Success factors:
Deep knowledge of digital platforms, digital visuals and Digital Marketing.
Excellent Communication skills to deal with CXO level clients.
Ability to deliver complex assignments within challenging timelines.
