1. To drive the leasing activities for the upcoming commercial properties.
2. Identifying and developing strategic alliances with various IPCs & Brokers.
3. Business Development i.e. sourcing new deals through intermediary network (IPCs, Local Consultants, Banks & Architects)
4. Relationship Management with Clients, IPCs and Local Property Consultants.
5. Co-ordinate with Clients, Architects and Project team for all fit outs works.
6. Developing project feasibility reports after studying the markets and analyzing emerging markets.
7. Analyze market data to identify local sales issues and trends and define strategies to resolve them.
8. Coordination with internal departments and consultants for project development and post-transaction support.
9. Assist the Marketing Team in the launch activities, exhibitions, presentations, brochures etc.
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
The candidate should possess good knowledge on marketing, market research, sales and commercial management.
Should possess good analytical and organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
