4. Provide technical support for desktop, Lotus clients, and MS Office product.
5. Troubleshooting the customer specific applications.
6. Install / configure applications.
7. Configure & Update Antivirus application.
8. Regular review of pending calls.
9. Follow up with users for user pending calls.
10. Timely following the escalation matrix.
11. Preparing daily/ Weekly / Monthly report.
12. Carry out and timely completion of any project related activity.
