Co-coordinating with offshore teams for documents and filings for In-bound investments by offshore funds.
Reviewing the quarterly /annual filings done with MCA /Stock Exchange by various investee companies.
Conducting annual compliance review relating to various investee companies.
Co-ordination with external consultants for various secretarial assignments.
Review of transfer /pledge and KYC documents for investors in the funds.
Helping investment team in various investment /divestment transactions including review of conditions precedent/subsequent and handling closing process.
Co-ordination with investee companies for various compliance related matters.
Update applications used for all the funds with all the timelines as per definitive documents and escalating matters for corrective actions.
Attending Advisory meeting of Offshore Funds along with Business Team and reviewing minutes etc.
Correspondence with regard to PFIC/K 1 statements for offshore funds.
Carryout compliance monitoring and periodic reporting and Assist in the preparation of appropriate compliance documentation.
Person should be a qualified Company Secretary (CS) and graduate, preferably, in law.
Must have had 2 to 5 years experience. Should have worked for a medium to large organization.
