Manage Application Operation support for Middleware OSM
Daily & weekly & monthly task, health checks, monitoring, housing keeping activities, & proactive restarts
Troubleshooting & resolving all incidents, service request, Problem & trouble tickets assigned as per agreed SOPs.
Experience with telecom application domain for min 3 years - Expert of ITIL/ITSM processes -Strong Skills of Unix & PL/SQL .
Deliver on assigned troubleshooting & incidents, service request, Problem & trouble tickets - Ensure SOPs are up to Date
Expert understanding on Order Management needs, fitment and should be able to configure the OSM package across all modules
Should be able to understand and develop OSM7 components like Functions, Workflows, XQuery, Java Plug-ins etc.
Must have used the OSM Design Studio.
Good domain knowledge & understanding of interfacing capabilities of OSM 7.0/latest version.
The candidate must have a good understanding of the OSM7 data model/latest version.
Programming in Java/J2EE, JMS, Web Services, XML/XSLT.
Programming skills in PL/SQL and basic working knowledge of Oracle DB.
