Job Description

Review distributor wise sales against the target on a monthly basis.
Ensure ASE/SO productivity ,dealer appointment and dealer network.
Month wise Monitoring of PGA achievement against the target.
Generating new system for monitoring and ensuring distributor wise minimum inventory .
Identify new avenues in the territory supervised .Service them either through to distributors or direct appointment.
Generate Business for organization through various avenues.
Develop Business plan for long term sales generating business.
Identify the resource needed to achieve targets.
Formulate system for Optimum utilization of resources and monitor them for improving overall efficiency.
Review structure on a monthly basis to implement corrective action plan.
Good Communication and Analytical skills. Experience in planning marketing strategies, and successful public relations effort.
Excellent communication, Strong leadership skills and negotiation skills. Skills in business development
