- Provide technical expertise and support for application deployment in production environment
- Responsible to monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes
- Maintain security backup, and redundancy strategies
- Provide technical support to customers and internal support team
- Collaborate between Service partners and support team to resolve issues
- Provide proactive status updates on the overall deployment project(s) - Perform basic level troubleshooting for resolving customer issues
- Collaborate and identify requirements on systematic problems while investigating issues during escalations and provide long term solutions.
Qualification and Experience:
- B.E/B. Tech
- 0-2 years
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong Knowledge of Linux along with proven experience in Installation, Configuration and troubleshooting of UNIX/LINUX based environments
- Advanced Windows server skills (IIS, Windows security, optimization, and troubleshooting)
- Good Understanding of Database (MYSQL, Oracle, DBA activities, experience with SQL queries, functions, and stored procedures)
- Exposure to basic Scripting Skills (E.g., Shell, Perl, Ruby, Python) - Experience with networking and web standards such as DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL/TLS/SSH, PGP
- Ability to articulate complex technical topics clearly and concisely to both business and technical audience in both written and verbal form - Excellent documentation skills with an eye for attention to details - Excellent communication and inter-personal skills - Flexible to work in 24*7 environment
