Accountable for growing the capacity and capability from 100 heads to circa 200 heads, and acquiring higher end differentiating competencies.
Accountable for ensuring that a competency framework is implemented and used to develop and accelerate competency development within the function.
Accountable for identifying the competencies and skills necessary for future business success.
Define and implement improvement and training programs that enable all staff to achieve their potential and support company objectives.
Actively manage the performance of all members of staff. Ensure that all staff have a career and development plan.
Accountable for the delivery performance of all activities in the function to quality, time and cost objectives.
Accountable for ensuring the correct technical assurance processes are in place to ensure quality and correctness of all deliverables.
Accountable for ensuring that lessons learnt are shared, and best practices are implemented.
Accountable for assuring the competency of people and any corrective actions and improvements are implemented.
Accountable for ensuring that the correct capacity and capability is available to meet project needs, and accountable for the appropriate deployment of capable staff into projects.
Accountable for ensuring workload forecasts are maintained and managed to meet business utilization targets.
Identify strategic stakeholders and develop and maintain client relationships and partnerships and develop a structured approach to engagement and communications on all matters.
Accountable for working closely with the sales function and his/her customer equivalent to understand the strategy of the customer, problems of the customer and to translate this into a business growth strategy and plan.
Develop and implement the actions to deliver a step change in customer satisfaction. Manage and influence customer expectations on time, cost and quality matters.
