Job Summary

 

We are looking for Customer support specialist for our Bangalore location who will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our Mediknit Learner Management Team.

 

Responsibilities and Duties

• Managing inbound and outbound calls from Doctors and address their queries.

• Developing the knowledge of customer needs and trends to improve customer satisfaction.

• Develop an understanding of the medical courses offer by Mediknit.

Background/Experience Desired

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast paced high volume inbound/outbound call center and strong customer services skills are required.

• Ability to understand and articulate medical terminology and technology is preferred.

• Excellent attendance & punctuality is essential.

• Ability to problem solve and independently deescalate difficult calls by recognizing/investigating the issue and asking the appropriate questions.

• Excellent fluency in English and Hindi.

• Ability to adapt to change and be comfortable in a fast paced environment.

Education

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a High School diploma or Graduation in any stream.
