Designation: Remote Support Associate
Client: HP Enterprise, Bangalore.
Positions: Multiple Vacancies Available.
Experience: Fresher Graduates, candidates with 0-1 Years of experience.
Excellent Communication skill, stress on grammar, Sentence formation, clarity of voice and accent.
Basic understanding about computers.
Willingness to learn and grow with an enterprise level company on infrastructure development.
Rotational Shifts supporting clients from across the globe.(supporting enterprise level customers)
Good thought flow.
Ability to interact with customers via calls, should be able to answer servicing questions.
This position is open because HPE has a SFDC tool which is being replaced, so client requires manpower to monitor the tasks, check with the other team members and to ensure the tickets are resolved and SLA's are met on time.
This position ensures to maintain the SLA's to close correctly by monitoring the tasks
They act as the mediators between the customer and the technical teams by monitoring the basic cases and following up to ensure the tasks are completed on time (B2B process).
