Job Description

- Deliver service and support to end users through phone call, via remote connection or over the internet.
- Interact with the customer to provide and process information in response to inquiries,
concerns and request about products and services.
- Gather customer's information and determine the issue by evaluating and analysing the
symptom.
- Set up new customer accounts, follow up on customer interactions
- Ability to learn different ERP products developed by our company
- Generate sales leads and manage calls
- Build up long-term relationships with customers by means of customer visits, phone calls and email conversations

Requirements

- Ability to learn accounting and trading software package

- You have good MS Office skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Languages: English

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

- Have a strong commercial feeling with a passion for exploring new opportunities

- Flexible timings and have a customer-oriented attitude

- Can work both in team and autonomously and willing to travel
