The Customer Service Executives (CSEs) should attend the incoming or make outgoing calls to the client’s customers or prospects to provide any clarification or information pertaining to the client’s products or services.
The CSEs would capture the all necessary details of the call in the application provided.
Where required, the CSE would book an appointment with the client’s field executive for a face to face meeting / or for relevant process – focus on collectionor sale or up-sell on call.
The candidate should be Minimum 12th Pass and Above .
Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
Candidate should have good spoken English with Hindi / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam / Tamil.
