POSITION SUMMARY
CUSTOMER SERVICE
A CSA/SR.CSR in this role deals with a number of incoming calls, pertaining to the clients business. The associate provides excellent customer service and gives precise information to the customer ensuring customer satisfaction.

MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY:
Minimum eligibility criteria to apply to this position:
o Age:
o 18 to 42 years of age
o Education / Qualifications:
o 10th
o 12th
o Graduate (Except B.Tech freshers with above 60%)
o Post Graduate (Except LLB / Chartered Accountant / MBBS / ICWA)
o Travel boundary limits :
o Candidate should be residing within the local transport limits
o Cabs provided (one way)

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
o Answers incoming customer calls with a friendly and positive manner and provides outstanding service to the customer throughout the duration of the call.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
o Good communication skills
o Polite and customer service oriented
o Exhibits patience and empathy to resolve customer queries
