CS & Sales travel calls from UK/ US customers.
Selling Air, Hotel, Reservation and Vacation Packages to customers.
Handling Post Booking queries like seat assignment / baggage inquiries/ date change / cancellations.
First Call Resolution.
1. Candidate should be from International Travel Background.
2. Candidate should have excellent communication skills.
3. Candidate should have minimum 6 months of experience in Travel Domain.
4. Candidate should be flexible for 24*7 shifts.
5. Candidate who can join us asap can apply.
