Job Description

To receive notices from different clients on emails, identify the type of notice and certain data points by reading the emails and enter the metadata into an online portal; copy-paste and/or type the notices from email body or PDFs to the online portal under appropriate section and apply certain formatting as per the guidelines provided.
Also, he would have to communicate the status with client at times and respond to their queries / feedbacks on email, SKYPE and sometimes, on calls.
Shift : Noon : 3:30 PM to 12 AM
Must have
MS-Office (specifically MS-word); Good keyboarding
Speak / Read / Write in English
Good Comprehension skills
