Knowledge & Skills Required:

• Good Verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Any Graduate/ Under Graduate (with min.6 months of International Call center experience)

• Willing to work in Night Shift.

• Knowledge of basic computer operations.

• Ability and willingness to learn.

• Good listening and responding skills.

• Ability to concentrate follow customers issues without distraction to resolution

• Good composition skills ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response.

• Should be willing to take up challenges and go extra mile to perform work responsibilities.

• Should have great interpersonal skills and ability to perform under pressure

Job Description

• Provide best-in-class customer service and problem resolution to customer queries over the voice based phone service.

• Ensuring high quality services, resulting in guest delight by extensive interaction with guests and quick resolution of problems.

• Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.

• Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy.

• Demonstrates interpersonal skills with a diverse customer base.

• Demonstrates ownership to resolve challenging customer issues, escalating when necessary.

• Flexible with the working schedule; may be expected to work weekends, holidays and events.

• Ability to work overtime as required by business - as much as 60 hours a week, most often occurring in the weeks surrounding holiday season.
