Work closely with Corporate Individual/Technology team and Operations/Clients.
Tagging Incidents / Service Request and recording.
Answer calls for inbound internal technical issues.
Strictly adhere to the escalation process and inculcate best practices.
Interact with client & technology team to get tech issues resolved.
Ensure end to end follow up is practiced on Incidents.
Applicant should be willing to take initiatives and ownership of issues and drive it to closure.
Adherence to accuracy and quality in output delivery.
Ready to work in a 24*7 environment across shifts.
