Customer Service Executive (English) - Rummy/Poker Industry Only
Answer calls, Live Chat & Emails professionally to provide information about products and services, resolve issues & set exemplary standards of service.
Keep records & recording details of customer transactions, inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
Responsibilities and Duties
Process withdrawal requests, complete KYC & create/complete Zoho task tickets.
Follow up to ensure that appropriate and timely actions are taken on customers' requests.
Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
Make outbound phone calls to maximize sale/deposit conversion
Note: English & Hindi language

Salary: ₹18,000.00 /month
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Extremely good oral communications skills in English and Hindi
Basic MS Excel, word and email skills
Ability to listen & solve customer issues
Good interpersonal and writing skills
Ability to handle pressure
