Job Description

Purpose of the Job Responsible for inbound calls of customers care cell and providing solutions to customers. Monitoring I/W and O/W or Technical jobs. Maintaining branch office and expenses.
Key Tasks & Activities - Placing all types of orders either over the phone, via email instructions
- Pricing/ invoicing to customer
- Internal tracking of new orders and repaired items
- Assessing invoice issues and escalating any problems
- Problem solving and complaint handling with any customer issues
- Internal and external delivery chasers (occasionally using the internet)
- To have a full understanding of all products and their prices
- Proactive approach in solving customer queries
- One Point contact for customers with regard to all non-technical queries (like order status, repair status, estimates, accounts related issues, order tracking, estimate approvals, etc.
- Expense and Petty cash management for the branch office
- Any other duties as required
- practice the "just say yes" philosophy
- Continual focus on being the top customer response team in the hearing aid industry
