Customer Relationship Executive is the 1-2-Taste personal contact to help them move their flavour purchase online.
Key objectives of the Role:
• Guide customers in getting a positive experience ordering flavours online through 1-2-Taste
• Help new customers become recurring customers.
• Visit customers as per visit lists provided by Marketing Head.
• Help setup login / frequently ordered product list.
• Support the customer flavour selection process.
• Pro-actively visit prospective customers to share the 1-2-Taste brand
• Maintain customer relationships by scheduling follow up visits
• Help solve problems that customers may run into using the site.
• Gather info from customers on flavours and/or other products and services, not in the portfolio
Skills & Traits:
• Any Graduate / Diploma holder
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• IT savvy, especially in use of the internet
• Highly trainable, energetic and go-getter
• Capability to teach and guide
• Entrepreneurial spirit: willing to meet new people and learn new skills
• Willing to travel
• Active in Social media like FB and WhatsApp
